Thank you for shopping with NexaTech! We're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days — Free on orders over $100 AUD, otherwise $9.95 AUD
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days — $14.95 AUD

International Shipping

We ship to selected international destinations. International shipping times vary between 7–21 business days depending on the destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order on our Track Order page.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. NexaTech is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us at support@nexatechnologies.store within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
