Return Policy

At NexaTech, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
  • Items missing original packaging or accessories
  • Items purchased on sale or marked as final sale

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at kaiwgeorge13@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
